Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note that perishable goods, such as fresh fruits, are exempt from being returned due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

Non-Returnable Items

Gifts

For items not marked as gifts or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
